Footway lights

East Lindsey District Council have finally replaced Pole 20 footway light after a 19 month struggle for action.  They also replaced other concrete poles in the village.  Let us hope that signals the end of our problems with footway lights.  If you notice a light is not working, note the pole number and inform the parish clerk or customer services at ELDC.

My earlier comments have been found wanting, as Pole 20 is still not working.  This is being chased again!  We have now been informed the County Council is the new maintenance contractor for local footway lights and any faults should be reported on their FixMyStreet portal; https://fixmystreet.lincolshire.gov.uk or phone 01522 782070.
